Kuo-Ying Chen
Engineer Chen graduated from the Refrigeration Division of the Electrical Engineering Department at the National Taipei Institute of Technology (NTIT), and later earned his master's degree from the Department of Energy and Refrigerating Air-Conditioning Engineering at the National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT). Early in his career, he worked at TECO Electric & Machinery Co., Ltd., building a solid foundation in industry practice. He then passed the Senior Professional and Technical Examinations administered by the Ministry of Examination, obtaining his Licensed HVAC & Refrigeration Engineer qualification — a nationally certified professional license on par with architects, attorneys, and certified public accountants — and founded the CKY Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering Office.
With nearly fifty years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration engineering, he has witnessed and participated in the entire development of Taiwan's HVAC industry from its inception to maturity. Engineer Chen served as Chairman of the Kaohsiung HVAC & Refrigeration Engineers Association and as a board member of the National Federation of HVAC & Refrigeration Engineers Associations, earning distinguished professional recognition throughout the industry. Additionally, Engineer Chen is frequently appointed as a government procurement expert review committee member, leveraging his extensive engineering experience and professional judgment to assist public agencies in evaluating the technical quality of HVAC engineering tenders.

Academic Foundation
Graduated from the Refrigeration Division of NTIT's Electrical Engineering Department, establishing a solid technical foundation in HVAC and refrigeration engineering.
Industry Experience
Worked at TECO Electric & Machinery Co., Ltd., accumulating extensive hands-on HVAC engineering experience at a major corporation and participating in numerous large-scale HVAC projects.
National Certification
Passed the Senior Professional and Technical Examinations administered by the Ministry of Examination, earning the Licensed HVAC & Refrigeration Engineer qualification and establishing the professional cornerstone for independent practice.
Founding & Growth
Founded the CKY Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering Office, embarking on independent practice. Served as Chairman of the Kaohsiung HVAC & Refrigeration Engineers Association, leading the association in advancing industry development while deepening expertise in cleanroom and constant temperature & humidity engineering.
Continuous Advancement
Earned a master's degree from the National Taipei University of Technology and served as a board member of the National Federation. Drawing on nearly half a century of engineering experience, leading the team to serve increasingly diverse facilities and emerging fields.
